Help with babies Empty Help with babies

Ok, I’m in a bit of a pickle and wanted to ask for some advice. On the 16th, one of my females gave birth to a litter that if 5 that went down to 3 as 2 didn’t survive the first couple days. Now this is her first litter so she doesn’t have any experience, and earlier today, she was acting very aggressive towards the 3 babies. One of them was seriously injured with both of its hind legs bloodied and nearly bitten off, and it passed away shortly after. Then when I noticed her acting the same way against the 2 others, I immediately separated them from her. I’ve looking after them for the past few hours but I’m not 100% sure on how to handle them from here. What should I do?

This has a lot of information:
http://www.petmousefanciers.com/t43-breeding-packet
"Sometimes a first-time mom will eat or kill her entire litter. This is commonly known in the fancy as "first-time mom syndrome." No one is positive why this happens (other than the possible reasons given above), though it does happen much more often with untracked lines."
