Would apple wood from my garden's tree be safe for mice?
See the title.
So, I was looking around for DIY toys for mice, and I saw that wood makes a GREAT chew toy for mice.
I don't use any pesticides or chemicals or things like that, so if I thoroughly cleaned it would it be safe for a pet mouse?

Yep, perfectly safe. Just wash and bake!
