Pea fishing?
The title pretty much sums up the question. Can mice go pea fishing? This is a favorite activity of many rats. Now I know rats and mice are not the same creatures, but I was curious as to whether or not it is safe to offer mice a bowl/tray of water containing peas for them to fish out. I also know though that hamsters, gerbils, and chinchillas (amongst numerous other rodents) should never get wet so I wondered if this applied to mice too. Thank you

Mice should never get wet. I wouldn't do pea fishing with them. Ive never heard of that though... It sounds fun for rats!

Thank you! No pea fishing for my little ones then, we'll just play hide and seek in dry bedding. It's super fun for rats- check out a vid of it on YouTube if you ever get the chance. Just a warning, it's a cuteness overload
