Hello I'm new
Hello I'm a relatively new mouse guardian and new to using forums as technology not my strong suit! I have 3 beautiful little girl mice who quickly knawed and burrowed their way into my heart. I love them so much and have joined to learn and hopefully make friends.

Hello!
Hi what a welcome thanks guys:) my girls names are Annabelle, Heidi and Olivia. I will post some photos when I can work out how to do it! They are about 3 months old now. Annabelle is black, Olivia is grey and Heidi has gone from cream to grey on top, cream underneath. They are lovely caring little girls who look after each other and we're still bonding at the moment but they are very sweet and always come to greet me when I go to see them ( unless their sleeping) I love the slideshow of everyone else's mice and look forward to learning and chatting with other mice guardians:)

Re: Hello I'm new
Thank you Scaredy mouse:) and everyone else I'm going to attempt to put up a picture of Heidi as she seems to love the camera(iPad) I also managed to get a few blurry pictures of Annabelle and Olivia but they weren't in a posing mood!

Yay! It worked!! I'm still learning but I have posted photos!
The top photo is Heidi and the bottom one is Olivia. I tried adding one of Annabelle but it doesn't seem to have worked. Maybe their too big?

Re: Hello I'm new
Thanks CallaLilly:) sadly I've got to find alternatives to swap the bridges for at the moment (any ideas very much appreciated! I'm thinking fleece ropes and maybe baby toys? They love climbing so am desperate to work out alternatives till I know if it's wood their allergic to!

Your girls are so pretty! My mouse, Mickey, has allergies to wood. So I use a few plastic ladders, from the bird section at PetSmart. I also use plastic tubes, plastic igloo house, ceramic house, silent spinner wheel, and a plastic platform to climb on. And I use Carefresh bedding and torn up white paper towels, which he makes his nest out of. Your set up looks really cool.

Re: Hello I'm new
Thanks guys:) and thanks for the tips RodentsRock:) I have a comfort type plastic wheel and a flynsaucer and they use 2 coconuts as nest boxes but I also have a plastic house I'm going to use and a tea light holder. I use back2nature substrate and torn up kitchen towel for nest material. I have lots of kitchen towel rolls for tunnels but I'm struggling to find plastic levels and ladders. I live in the uk and most stuff seems to be wood, cotton rope and sisal rope:S I'm wondering about buying fleece to cut into strips to make ropes and whether I can safely use toddler dolls house type toys for climbing. My girls love climbing so much!

Fleece is safe. You can braid fleece rope and make hammocks.
Doll houses depend on what it's made out of. I have a few hard plastic ones that my mice love. Just make sure there's no soft plastic (easy to chew) or wiring that they can get to.
You might have to look in the bird section for plastic ladders.
