Clicking noise
I just got my first mouse recently and about a day after I got him he started making a clicking noise followed by sneezing. The sneezing is pretty much non-stop and the clicking is sometimes quiet but he’s always making it. I’ve heard it could either be a cold or a respitory infection. He’s still eating and drinking but he’s not very active even at night, does anyone have any advice?

It sucks that you have to go through this so soon! A vet will be able to tell you if he has an infection and how to treat it. Usually antibiotics will clear it up quickly.
Anything dusty or smelly around, like candles? Drafts? Those things can cause sneezing, too.

Re: Clicking noise
My mom was annoyed with the smell of bedding at first so she did spray something to cover it by the doorway of my room, Kobras cage is on the other side and she stopped once I told her I thought it was making him sneeze but that was a few days ago and nothings been sprayed near him since so I’m not sure if it could be that still

It’s CareFresh bedding, it says it’s dust free and stuff and it was the brand he used in the pet store

I would take him to the vet if he's making clicking noises. Good luck!

Re: Clicking noise
He needs to be on baytril and if he doesn't respond in 2 days, baytril and doxycycline.
Anything else is just risking his life for no good reason. It sucks that he has to have medicine right away, but it is not worth the risk at all to wait. And it's not worth a vet who doesn't know what they are doing.
My last 3 mice had respiratory infections a vet "couldn't find" and told me their breathing was fine. Gave me medicine cause i made them, and then the mice were super back to normal after 1 day.
With mice, it's basically just the one thing 90% of the time when there is clicking or lethargy especially together. Some sort of infection that needs baytril or doxy or both. And considering the risk/reward ratio, it only makes sense to err on the side of caution right away.

Thanks for everyone who answered, I was able to get him to the vet between shifts at work today and they said its most likely a really early respiratory infection and they prescribed him medicine to help clear it up. Thanks again!
