Hello~
Hi everyone, I thought I should come and introduce myself properly! I found this forum over the weekend when searching for answers about the mysterious and sudden death of one of my lovely mouslings.
I'm now a two-time-human-two-time-mouse parent, living in the south east of England and studying full time to become a civil engineer. We are first-time mouse-parents (after debating and researching for a year!) and so far we're loving it more than we thought possible!
Our two little mousey ladies are Pizzicato (a tiny, red-eyed white satin) and Collegno (a fairly big, black-eyed (dirty)white):

Pizzles

Collie-Collegno
The mousey girls are named after musical styles of playing, because our little human-ladies are cellists. And why not?
We've started making tentative plans to get a couple more mousey companions for Pizzacato and Collegno in the next few weeks, as it feels very empty without Pizzacato's sister, Tremolo bumbling around. This has also turned into me considering designing and building a custom-made mouse-house (you know, in case 2 or 3 more mice isn't enough...). I'd love to see/know about any homemade enclosures other members have made for their mice.
