IKEA detolf cage

Hey, I was wondering if an IKEA detolf cage would be too large for 3 female mice?

If your mice are already tame, it would be fine. You would just need to fill it with lots of stuff so the mice feel secure. If they aren't tame yet, you might stat them out in something smaller and then move them into the Detolf. If you don't have anything smaller, you could always put a divider of some sort in the Detolf to keep the mice in a smaller section and then when they are tame, take the divider out so they have the whole Detolf. I wish I had the space for a Detolf, they are nice!

It'd be great, but might make it more difficult to tame at first! That's an obstacle you can get around easily though. Lots of toys of course, mice love toys everywhere they can fit.

Detolfs are perfect cages for most rodents, you'll have some happy mice.

I'd also suggest that even if you have a tall enough enclosure for a hamster without a lid (I've seen some hamster owners do this), not to leave mice in anything without a secure lid. They can, and will, climb on anything and everything. Even if you think there's nothing they could possibly have climbed up.
