Muscular mouse

I was told brindles were fat, so I expected a big one, but Garcia is 100% muscle. Big and heavy! She carried a whimsees chew all the way up the ramp to the second level and has brought toilet paper tubes to her nest more than once.

She's like an ant. Its crazy.

Does anyone else have a really muscular mouse? Especially of the brindle variety?

I think I do - Benji is really strong from what I can tell, and one of his favorite things is lifting himself up to high positions only with his front paws. He will climb on the wire lid of his cage upside-down for long periods of time, and I've seen him jump, like, 1 feet up from standing.

I only have Dedenne to compare him too, though, who never attempts any of the athletic stunts Benji pulls. I thought Benji was getting fatter when I got him, but I think he was gaining muscle ... (Also, Benji isn't a brindle of course)

Lol - I think my brindle girl Clover was all fat, she couldn't climb things very well because of her weight. She'd have trouble pulling herself up onto platforms/levels so anything too high had to have ramps for her.
