New mice!
I bought 4 mice from a breeder today and I was told they are all female and I’m super happy and excited! But, I’m a bit worried that they might not be all female and want to check before it’s too late to seperate them. However, since they’re new and young mice (10 weeks) they’re very weary of me and even just standing by the cage can spook them. What should I do? I know I need to let them settle in first before trying to bond with them and handle them but I’m quite concerned that I’ll end up with baby mice. These are my first mice so I definitely don’t want to be caring for babies too! I would love to breed mice in the future, though. Am I just overthinking? Do you think the breeder got their sexes right or is there a chance he was wrong?

Re: New mice!
You can herd them into a glass jar and take photos from the bottom...its possible, but if the breeders experienced it's probably a rare occurrence. It happens more consistently with inexperienced breeders or pet shops.
They're so cute! I love Vega.
