Homemade dishes

Post by j.n379 on Sat 14 Apr 2018, 5:48 pm

I've got some unidentified "clay" from one of those kids kits, it comes with "ceramic paint" and I'm wondering what I can coat it with to make it safe for mouse food dishes or even a tiny house if I can make one. I've got regular mod Podge (gloss) and "duragloss varnish, polyurethane" that comes near the acrylic paints.
The dishes are 1000% more adorable than I thought possible, as long as they don't crack while drying I'll post some pictures.

non toxic school glue could work, it is unlikely that your mice will chew on it but as long as its non toxic and you keep an eye on it it should be fine Smile

One for normal food and one for fresh treats. They've got tiny little dots inside like real dishes patterns.
