New Mouse Mom!
Hi Everyone!
My name is Emily and I am recently a new mouse mom. I just adopted 2 female fancy mice, and it turns out that one of them is very, VERY pregnant. In my profile picture, we have Possum on the left, and Skunk on the right. Possum is the pregnant one, who most definitely is going to give birth soon, but I am not experienced at all with how this all works. I've had hamsters all my life, but having mice is definitely a first!

Currently, the two mice live in a 64 quart Bin Cage with lots of places to hide and play, but this will soon be expanded to a 2-bin cage system. They're on a diet of mice food(heavy on the pellets), with meal worms being fed to them to prepare for motherhood. They also get small bits of veggies every other day.
I've done extensive research to prepare for the pinkies, but I would love any advice y'all have!

Re: New Mouse Mom!
Welcome Emily! How fun, 2 new mice! I don't have any experience in babies, but lots of members here do. So hopefully someone will stop by with some good advice for you soon.
