Hello! New mice mom here :)

Hey everyone!
I'm new to the forum and new to mice
I've adopted my 8 mice a few months ago - they are rescues from a lab! 7 females and 1 male (don't worry, he's neutered haha!)
Patch, Mohawk, Lilly, Pinkie, Bloody Mary, Xena, Poopy and Belle.
These poor things are the sweetest and most adorable, entertaining little pets ever! They have brought so much joy into my home, I absolutely love them!!
Their story is that they were rescued from a lab along with 400 other mice! I simply can't fathom the fact that SO many mice are used in "research" are then killed because they "no longer serve a purpose"
Who else out here is against cruel animal testing?? *quickly raises hand*
I decided to join the forum to learn even more about these wonderful little critters and find support for any issues. Sadly, it's difficult to find much helpful information out there, in regards to mice as pets. Most of my answers I actually have found through forums, and thankfully also Youtube videos!

It's really good that you rescued the mice. It's so horrible that 400 mice were just going to be killed, and for no real good reason
I'm sure your mice are super happy they ended up with you!

Welcome!!! So happy you rescued some cuties! Do you know their approximate age? Would love to see photos of all your mice and their set up
