So long as you clean the tank before you leave and do some spot cleanings in their nest, it should be fine. And I'm pretty sure that solution should work fine. Not 100% certain on its safety, but it looks good to me.

Alright. I'll try it - a drop in the morning and a drop at night, right? Or...how would you do it?

I wonder if I should do both mice to be safe? Hm.

That's probably not necessary. If your other mouse was experiencing any sort of eye irritation, you'd notice.

Here's a picture of Graham's eyes. I'll work on getting one of Maier's just in case, as it's harder to tell with her considering her skin is so dark as well.

Have the mice been treated for parasites? Ivermectin pour-on is cheaper than a vet visit.

Not yet. I can order some - do you think that's the cause?

Re: Possible redness around eye?
I have no idea. Eye irritation is one of those symptoms that is caused by many, many, many, many things. Go with the saline at first because that is quicker and easier to try.

We'll try both. Thanks,

If it's just a little hair loss around the eye, my thought was mites too. Unless it's swollen or the eye itself looks gunky or watery. Though saline won't hurt anything if you wanted to try flushing it out just in case.

Re: Possible redness around eye?
Is the dosage for all ivermetcin the same? Or, at least, are the dosages for ivermec, iveron, and durvet the same?
Also if anyone could send me the ivermetcin they use, and what the dose they use is?

Re: Possible redness around eye?
The dosing instructions given on this page is for the 5mg/mL bottle. If yours says something different, the dosage will need to be different.
Though I do not spray it. Instead I place one drop (.05 mL) between their shoulderblades. I noticed that page says .01 mL but I could have swore it was .05 mL......but I noticed before over on TFM many just said "a drop" without giving exact measurments. So I guess I goofed that one.
This is the bottle I bought: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00JAL3AAW/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?qid=1464358418&sr=8-4&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=ivermectin&dpPl=1&dpID=51gz6knU3bL&ref=plSrch&dpPl=1&dpID=51gz6knU3bL&ref=plSrch
Dose: 1/6th Ivermectin to water. Mix 1 part Ivermectin with 5 parts water. Shake well. Also shake often! The Ivermectin does mix with water well, but it will begin to separate after sitting. For best results, shake it as often as you can. I shook it before spraying, each time.

Re: Possible redness around eye?
All the products you listed are the same thing. Hetes the link on how to dilute it: http://petmousefanciers.forumotion.com/t1-lice-mites-and-ivermectin
That eye doesn't need a vet, it doesn't look bad at all. The slightest irritation always looks bad on white mice! If it's not swollen or doesn't have any discharge, its nothing to really worry about. She might have slept in some dirty bedding, and mites are another possibility. It's always good practice to treat all mice that come through your for with ivermectin.
