Supplements? Empty Supplements?

Post by samandsheen Sat 04 May 2019, 2:16 am

Hi guys, I was wondering if any of you have given your mice anything to make them healthier overall. I've heard of fish oil being given to older mice or even just vitamins. Have any of you had any experiences with this? Thanks!

Hi, I'm feeding mine with a complete formula covering all the needs of mice. Howevber, I do something put a drop of multivitamin enriched in vitamin C on treat bites (dried banana chunks and pop corns).

I remember when the big guy fought the small one, small one got bites on the rear and blood; healed faster the 2nd time when I started giving the multi vitamin supplement, in very small dose.

Hope this helps.

Other than making their main seed mix with as much variety as I could and rounding that out with Supreme Science Selective Mouse food - and then supplementing that with fresh veg and fruit and insects a few times a week - no.
