Mouse With Ear Irritation
One of my 3 mice, which are all housed together, has been scratching her right ear a lot for the past week. It doesn't seem to be getting any better. The other 2 mice haven't shown any symptoms of discomfort or have any affected areas on their bodies. The only recent change was the addition of 2 small, stuffed dog toys. Still, I think it had been at least a week after they were given those before we noticed anything wrong. We lack a local small animal vet, but would very much like to treat her for the correct problem. I've attached the best 2 pictures I could take while trying to keep her still. Any input is helpful, and I'll try to reply to any questions as soon as possible. Thank you.

You definitely need to get her to some kind of vet asap. That infection needs to be treated.
As for causes, what are you feeding your girls? Having a protein level over 14% can cause irritated patches on the skin called "hot spots".
If not that, do your girls get along well? There may be a chance of an infected bite. If not a bite even a scratch has a chance of getting infected.

Have you treated for mites? More info here: https://www.petmousefanciers.com/t17-itching-hair-loss-and-parasites.
If you already have or if that doesn’t help, I do recommend seeing a vet.
