Meet Lucy!
I got a new mouse at Petco today! Her name is Lucy and she's a beautiful tan and black marbled coloration. She's also very young; she's only about two-thirds Sarah's size, who's already kinda small for an adult mouse.

Aww, she looks so sweet. I love the name Lucy, too. Congrats on your new girl!

She's beautiful! I almost wanna say she's an agouti, but I can hardly tell. Such a unique little gal!

She's cute. Congrats! Maybe as she grows she'll prove to be brindle? I'm curious to see.

I wasn't sure what brindle was until I Googled it, and Lucy definitely looks brindle to me.
Anyways, she's finally come out of her hideaway and started exploring her cage. She's a very shy mouse, but she thankfully doesn't seem too bothered by hands. That said, I haven't handled her yet besides taking that picture and putting her in her cage.
Re: Meet Lucy!
I love her colors. I have to agree; Lucy is quite the cute name! I had a dog named Lucy once. I'd say it's normal for her to be shy - everything is new, after all. Maybe she's not shy at all, and she'll warm up in a few days. She is very, very tiny. I love baby mice - you can feel their little toes tremble when you hold them, they're so small!
I suspect a brindle, as well. Even better - I love that pattern.
