How should albino mice eyes look?
I've been neglecting the spotcleaning, so Graham's eye condition hasn't really improved - I'll get back into the habit, and do it more thoroughly. It looks the same, with the occasional red tears, so just your usual eye irritation - nothing to worry about. But I'm not sure how albino mice eyes are supposed to look. I know albino rabbits have a little visible skin around the eyes, is it the same for mice? I'd like to know when they've gotten better, so basically...anyone with an albino, send me some pictures of their eyes!
Also, if it's possible and anyone owns black mice, I'd also like a picture of how their muzzles should look. Maier's has some scarce fur - it's not missing, just scarce - so I'd also like to know how she'll look when it grows back.

A PEW's eye should look darkish-red with a thin ring of light-pink skin around it, like this:

Also, all mice's fur thins out around the nose, it's just easier to see on darker-colored mice because their fur contrasts better with their skin.

Oh I see! So her eyes just look a little darker than normal, presumably from the tears.
I had considered that, I just didn't know. It still might be scarcer than usual though - leave it to the mite/lice problem, but I don't know.
My old mice were agouti, brindle, and broken black so I don't have experience with PEW's or self blacks. Thank you!

There are pictures of PEW and REW mice on the Varieties of Mice page.
I believe I already posted one onto the forum

Re: How should albino mice eyes look?
That looks fairly normal to me. The front part of the eye looks like it could be slightly irritated, but otherwise it looks like a normal, adorable little mouse eye.

Oh I see! There's definitely still some tears near the front part of her eye, but it's improved. Thank you!

BEAUTIES. Give it up for the red eyed mice
CAPSLOCK - thanks for that. Funnily enough I was looking at Violet (my self black) yesterday and wondering if her whisker area looked a little bare. But she looks the same as your mice so it's all good

Maier's fur looks similar, but it's definitely a bit more scarce - whether it be from that gap she sticks her nose into (which I've fixed, yesterday) or the lice/mites.
We're gonna call the store about our ivermectin order today. Seems like I always have ordering troubles.
