Frightening herself, or having fun?
Okay, so that hammock I made.
She likes to climb onto it, rather than in it, and while she's on it, it shakes back and forth rather fast. She keeps doing it - I got her off once and she went right back on. Is she scaring herself, or is this fun for her? Should I make it more stable so it rocks less?

Sounds like she's enjoying herself to me. I also think having some toys that rock or sway a bit or are just a little harder to climb are good exercise.

she wouldn't do it if she didn't like it. there is no reason she would *have* to do it, like that's not the only place she can get food or water. she's having fun.
