How to tag a member?

I'm not sure if this is something that I somehow missed, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to tag people. Is that actually something we can do on this forum?

It worked, @Dee67! The forum used to make you quote the name, and some phones make the quotations “oddly” (slanted instead of straight up and down) so it didn’t work.
