Introducing mice with previous uri
Hi!
About a week ago I got 2 new rescue mice and I had been quarantining them to make sure the didn't have any illnesses. Unfortunately they did show slight signs of a respiratory infection (light sneezing and rattling). They are currently being treated for it with antibiotics but I read online that respiratory infections may never go away completely. Since these infections can be contagious I was wondering if they can still be passed on even after they have no symptoms anymore? Can I still introduce them to my other mice once their symptoms have gone away?

You can reintroduce them after they stop showing symptoms, yes. With mice, the main cause of residual rattling is lung scarring rather than remaining bacteria. Chronic infections are more common in rats than in mice, so I'm not as educated...
But most of us have dealt with a URI at least once and the mice recovered as expected.

Your vet can test for mycoplasma. If your mouse has mycoplasma, she'll always be contagious and introducing her to another mouse will always be a risk.
