Mouse is all alone again Empty Mouse is all alone again

Recently one of my mice have died and Appolo is all alone again, shes already outlived 3 of her sisters one of them escaped one night then got killed by a my cat. the third one died all of a sudden, also I got that one in a pair but one died on the way home. but the remaining mouse has been alone for 2 weeks now and seems to be doing ok.

Just give her lots of love and attention, I'm sure she'll gobble it up. Will you be getting more mice or are you thinking of taking a break?

Yes I do plan on getting more mice hopefully shortly. I had a hard time finding females because the only places that sold live mice at the moment are reptile stores and they all only sell their males, I was fortunate to find a female once. luckily i found a pet shop an hour or two away from me where i called in and they said they have female mice in stock. Hopefully I can pick out the healthiest, they also said the mice they sell are purposed to what you want them to be.

You could look into a breeder too, i think their mice are probably healthier and usually quite tame as they are bred for health and temperament. Just a thought, if you have any in your area. I'm glad your girl will have some company.
