Territorial bully mouse Empty Territorial bully mouse

Hi, I’m wondering if anyone could help me with this issue. One of my female mice seems to be very territorial towards toys and accessories I put in the cage. She’s the most active one, she wakes up at daytime too so she’s always the first to play with them.  Everything was going ok until I put some ropes she liked very much. At this point she thinks everything belongs to her so if my other mouse approaches she begins to chase her as she squeaks loudly. I’ve tried putting the bully one in a time out cage but she doesn’t seem to care at all. I don’t know if I should leave her alone longer time (for weeks or so) so that enough time has passed to make introductions again and break the hierarchy.
For now there’s no blood drawn but I’m worried about the stress the bully can cause to my other mouse. Any suggestions? Territorial bully mouse 1f42d

There's always one, huh? Otter causes plenty of mischief over here. Brats.

I think I would try temporarily moving the ropes somewhere less fun, like partially buried in the bedding, until she learns to share. If that's a no go, I'd remove them for a week or so and try rotating them back in.
