Also, is that the Halloween pumpkin hide from PetSmart? The one meant for fish? I have that too!

My mice don't use theirs much, they prefer wooden things that smell like them, but hides with two entrances are useful for introductions, since mice can escape if they're cornered. Is Scooter your mouse's name, or did you choose your username for a different reason?

Great to see your boy enjoys his new hammock! I've been thinking about getting one like that for Derek, too. I have climbing toys for him set up, and I suppose he uses them, but I've never seen him hanging out there

@Kirinsara i do reccomend getting one to see if he likes it ! especially after i clean his cage he likes to sleep in them a lot. if you did decide to get any you can find some in the bird section at petsmart !

You can also find some on amazon, look up "hamster hammock" or "gerbil hammock". The ones at the PetSmart near me are gigantic. I wanted to get one, but I wasn't sure if I'd be able to fit much else.
