eCOTRITION Snak Shak Activity Log

Post by River on Sat Jul 16, 2016 6:01 pm

I see this quite a lot so I'm very curious as to how safe it is!

Nope, not safe. The first ingredient is pine wood shavings... and if that's not bad enough, it also has honey in it, which is too much sugar for the mice. It has no nutritional value and is potentially harmful if eaten. Things like this, if they eat it and don't get sick from the ingredients... they fill up on garbage and don't have room for healthy food.

I see! Thanks. Also, another question; certain paper towel rolls have a 'glue' stuff on them - are these safe? I've been avoiding them to be certain, though I'm not sure.

That glue is safe (food-grade) but I try to avoid it as well. Mostly just because it looks yucky, I think. But it's safe.
