Note: By remaining a member, you agree to the following rules. These rules may be changed at any time by the staff. We will do our best to inform of changes, however it is your responsibility to check in regularly. Trolling, Spamming and Disrespecting Staff, Members, and the Forum

Constructive discussion and debate is encouraged, however disrespect towards staff, members, and the forum will not be tolerated. Antagonizing or belittling others, harassing, flaming, and slurs and discrimination are prohibited.

We've put a lot of effort and time into keeping the information found on the forum valuable and accurate. Please respect our work by not reproducing any content on this forum without permission. Contact staff for further info.

Members who bash, troll, spam or solicit funds from our community will have their accounts restricted or banned. Any members promoting, causing or contributing to competition or drama will be banned. If you have an issue, you may discuss it with a member of staff.

Accounts and Membership

Each member is allowed only one account. Joining with multiple accounts will result in the removal of one or both accounts. Username changes can be made in your profile section.

In order to keep our memberlist tidy, accounts that have not been activated within 10 days will be deleted. Members who have not logged in for 60 days and that have no posts will be deleted.

Posting Guidelines and Etiquette

The goal of moderation is to keep the forums enjoyable and free from problems that detract from the experiences of our users. We value our members, so to help ensure that everyone is happy here we ask that certain guidelines and etiquette are followed.

  • Please note that we do not support caregiving practices that put mice in danger. Repeatedly doing so will result in your removal from the community.

  • No cursing, harsh language, posting about illegal activities, posting offensive/disturbing material, or posting about adult activities not suitable for children.

  • Outside links are allowed only if the content is appropriate for all members, including young teens. Any inappropriate links will be deleted without warning.

  • Private Messages (PM) is available to users after they've made 10 posts. PMs and other private communications are not to be posted to the forum without permission from the original authors. Any concern about content sent in a PM should be reported to a moderator.

  • Use proper grammar. This includes correct letter case and limited chat speak. Try to use full sentences and proper punctuation. Failure to use proper grammar makes posts difficult to read and answer.

  • Do not create more than one thread about the same topic or post the same post in multiple threads. Unnecessary double posting is discouraged and staff may delete duplicate threads or posts without warning. If you have something to add, it's best to edit your post instead of posting consecutively, regardless of content or length.

  • No posting in topics over 3-4 weeks old unless you have something important to add.
    Exceptions to this rule: This rule does not apply for sticky topics or topics in Member Lounge. Stickies are denoted with an exclamation mark icon. Due to the array of topics in the Member's Lounge, it's up to you to use common sense to determine when to bring back a topic.

  • While many of us are animal lovers and respect all walks of life, this is primarily a forum that caters to mice. If you'd like to discuss other pets, please do so in the Member's Lounge.
    Exceptions to this rule: Some members may understandably be uncomfortable seeing mouse predators on a mouse forum. If you wish to share pictures of these kinds of pets, please add a note in the thread title so that others may avoid the post if they wish. Additionally, please keep all feeder talk to a minimum.

Avatars and Signatures

Avatars and signatures may not contain content considered offensive/disturbing (eg, animals eating mice). Avatars should be no bigger than 200 pixels square. Signature pictures/banners should be no more than 150px high and 800px wide. Violation of this rule will result in your avatar and/or signature being deleted.
