Re: Mites!!
Thank you everyone,
I have thought about the possibility of food allergies, but I'm at a loss as where to start with that because they get such a variety in foods.
Their main foods consist of the vegetarian Harlan Lab Blocks. It's 14% protein and 3.5% fat.
They also with get a mixture of Reggie Rat/ Mini Mouse food, and the National Geographic mouse and rat food.
I also give them dried plain oatmeal mixed with uncooked plain rice. Sometimes they also get a small seed bird mixture. And occasionally freeze dried mealworms.
I've always like to give them variety to keep them entertained and make sure they are getting what they need.
But I'm afraid because of that I won't know whats causing a food allergy.
I'll definitely give them some play time to make sure that they are all happy with each other before moving them back in together. Do you think if they do go in together again that grooming each other could cause the wounds to become worse?
Thank you everyone, again, for being so helpful.

Re: Mites!!
So I tested Casper and sauron out together and they seemed to be doing great. I also tested out Sauron and Pepper, and they also surprisingly did really well together. I'm going to be putting them back in together soon.
Does anyone see anything wrong with the foods I'm feeding?

Re: Mites!!
I think National Geographics a bit high on crude protein (15% I believe), but mixed with the others will lower that some. It just depends on what ratios you're mixing these foods. Some would say 14% is a bit high too. Depends on the mouse really.
Do you remove sunflower seeds and peanuts (if they're in these mixes)? Those are common allergens.
I'm glad they're getting along so far.

Re: Mites!!
@CallaLily the mixes don't usually have peanuts or sunflower seeds, I do remove whole and crushed bits of corn though
